"SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND..."
"Things sure have changed since we sold our other house 18 years ago. We were so lucky to have Gina as our listing agent, she had a great personality. When we hit a few bumps with the closing she did an incredible amount of footwork to make everything work out. She went above and beyond and did a lot of work that the buyer's broker likely should have done. We also purchased a home with the assistance of The Gina Team. Karen was so patient as we waivered between purchasing or building and requested particular information about what seems like a hundred homes. She was great about keeping us informed about what was available and was able to find a home that we have been pleased with. The commitment to not just sell a house, but make sure the client gets the home they want made it a much more pleasurable experience. Their honesty when looking at the homes also reinforced our knowledge that we had chosen the team who would be the best fit for us. If we were to sell or purchase again, I would definitely use Gina, Karen and Deb."

Closing or Settlement >Closing Tips
The conclusion of a real estate transaction is an exciting time for everyone involved. The closing table is the ideal place to sign papers, trade keys, and drink a toast to the new homeowners. Sometimes that setting is filled with tension and pressure as each side tries to work out important details of the transaction at the last minute.
How can you help make your closing a relaxed and happy one? First, try to get the details worked out ahead of time. There may be a few unresolved issues, such as repairs that were not completed, a disappearing dining room chandelier or a pre- or post-closing occupancy agreement. The atmosphere should remain positive in order that minor upsets will not threaten the entire transaction. If you anticipate a problem, no matter how minor it may seem, be sure to communicate the situation to your real estate agent in advance, so that it can be addressed before it has a chance to escalate.
